The Tallahassee RollerGirls is a group of women ranging in age from 20 to 50 years old from a variety of backgrounds each possessing a unique set of talents. These ladies utilize and integrate these talents to successfully run the business that is The Tallahassee RollerGirls. These women are not paid for the time and commitment involved, but do so for the love of their sport. Business aside, the women vigorously train while living and breathing skill and strategy to not only bring the full-contact, fast-paced sport of Roller Derby to Tallahassee and North Florida, but to bring the area a team to be proud of.

Capital Punishment will take on the New Jax City Rollers from Jacksonville on Saturday, June 14th at the North Florida Fairgrounds on S. Monroe St. in Tallahassee. Doors open at 6pm and the bout begins at 7pm. Don't forget to bring your folding chairs!

On Friday, May 30th the Tallahassee Film Society and the Tallahassee Rollergirls are partnering to bring the movie Hell on Wheels to the big screen. The movie tells the story of the The Texas Roller Girls and the birth of the current resurrgence  of all-girl roller derby. The movie will be held at the All Saints Cinema at 918/1-2 Railroad Ave. and tickets are $7 bucks at the door (cash only). There will be 2 showings, one at 7pm and one at 9pm. See you there!
